Strong short entry on the North side of the North East spandrel; faint vertical line between the North frame lines a little East of the dot after "stg" in the North West spandrel; the moving position or travelling dot is on the North side of the interior of the East oval ornament a little East of centre; main position dot is centre and full.
Kershaw's notes
The short transfer is very strong TR and extends well into the TL spandrel. There is a small vertical flaw inside the frame TL, just to the right of "stg."

Short transfer in upper right spandrel, and most distinctive tool mark in top frame above stg.Oval dots in both ovals. Left one full, on centerline, right oval one near top of the hatch area and between 6th and 7th vert. lines.
Stamps from printing orders 1 to 5A were perf. 11.75, stamps from printing orders 5B to 7 were perf. 12 x 11.75 and those from printing orders 8 to 12 were perf. 12.
