Very faint short entry in the South point of the North West spandrel; the outer frame line is missing West of "CA" there is a faint short entry on the North side of the North East spandrel; moving position or travelling dot is at centre of the interior of the East oval ornament a shade West; main position dot is oval North East and South West clearly South centre nearly full or full towards West.
Kershaw's notes
There is a LH and RH oval guide dot.The frame break is almost complete with horizontal hatch lines missing almost entirely from the bottom of the spandrel.
Morel's notes
Broken frame line left of "CAN". Small weak transfer at horizontal upper frame. Oval dots present in both ovals, slightly est of left oval, at 4 o'clock, and left centre inside hatched area in right oval.
Stamps from printing orders 1 to 5A were perf. 11.75, stamps from printing orders 5B to 7 were perf. 12 x 11.75 and those from printing orders 8 to 12 were perf. 12.
