Guide line similar to that in Position No. 70; short entry on the North side of the North East and North West spandrels; main position dot in East oval ornament a little East and South of centre of the interior; main position dot in West oval ornament is in the white space at the East end and is an oval North East and South West clearly South centre and full; faint but distinct Defective Transfer - doubling appears in the West side of the oval frame line East of the East oval ornament.

The vertical guide line intersects the bottom of the "S" in "CENTS" and the RH oval guide dot is right-centre in the oval
Morel's notes
Guide dot on middle left (near perf), vertical guide line on right going through "E" and "S", and extending below "7". Weak transfer under entire upper horizontal frame. Dots on left and right ovals are present, and doubling (re-entry) of main oval, at center right, near "E".There is also a faint dot in lower left 1 of 17.
