Moving position or travelling dot rests on the bridge of the nose; main position dot is in the centre 1/2 on East.

The travelling dot is on the edge of the nose. The LH oval guide dot is largely above but slightly intersected by the horizontal guide line (pg.33)
Morel's notes
The oval guideline is at 3 O'Clock, and partially (about half) merged with the blue backdround, right of the oval. The travelling dot barely touches the nose, approx. 4 lines above the bottom of the nose tip. A short transfer, in the form of a triangle is visible in the shaded area, east of the left oval, in the shading area.
