Calder's notes

Guide line touches the East side of the solid colour East of the East oval ornament and the East side of the shading South East of the "7"; the dot in the West oval ornament is very similar to that in Position No. 10.

Kershaw's notes

The vertical guideline is almost tangential to the outer edge of the dark blue lettering panel.

Morel's notes

The guide dot in the left oval is a 1 o'clock. On copies center to the right, a large guide dot is visible in the stamp center left margin. The right vertical guideline is tangential to the outer edge of the large blue oval, intersecting near the right of the E of Postage and again, near the middle of the S of Cents.

Stamps from printing orders 1 to 5A were perf. 11.75, stamps from printing orders 5B to 7 were perf. 12 x 11.75 and those from printing orders 8 to 12 were perf. 12.
