Main position dot is oval in the North East and South West slightly South of centre and nearly full towards the West or full.
Kershaw's notes
The LH oval frame dot is below but touching the horizontal guide line. There is potentially a long tool line running obliquely from the "P" of "POSTAGE" down through the whole stamp
Morel's notes
Diagonal line running from top center of oval through nose and North of cents, large dot in right margin indication of column 9.The diagonal line appeared only on the last printing order. (not seen on early (dark) proof sheet. There are also 2 short diagonal lines in the white oval, just above the 2 EE of seventeen, and cutting across the top serif of the last E of "TEEN"

Stamps from printing orders 1 to 5A were perf. 11.75, stamps from printing orders 5B to 7 were perf. 12 x 11.75 and those from printing orders 8 to 12 were perf. 12.
