There is a weak frame segment adjacent to a small short transfer to the left of the "l" of "17", and there is a general short transfer in the TL spandrel.
Morel's notes
Travelling dot right of face, left oval dot slightly below guideline (4 o'clock), weak/broken frame line at left middle and bottom weak transfer top left spandrel and left of lower left 17.
Stamps from printing orders 1 to 5A were perf. 11.75, stamps from printing orders 5B to 7 were perf. 12 x 11.75 and those from printing orders 8 to 12 were perf. 12.
