The LH oval guide dot is superimposed on top of the horizontal guide line. There is a short oblique flaw on the LH outer frame just above the "17".
Morel's notes
The oval dot is on centerline, and full. There is a faint horizontal short transfer on top right. An oblique dash is on the outer frameline, just east of the top of the 7, at lower right 17.
Stamps from printing orders 1 to 5A were perf. 11.75, stamps from printing orders 5B to 7 were perf. 12 x 11.75 and those from printing orders 8 to 12 were perf. 12.
