West outer frame line is missing West of "CA" very faint short entry on the North side of the North East spandrel; main position dot is oval North East & South West of centre nearly full towards East.

The frame at the bottom of the LH spandrel is completely missing. There is a cheek travelling dot.
Morel's notes
Missing frame at left from center up to N of CANADA. Travelling dot on cheek, and left oval dot full,partly above centerline.
Stamps from printing orders 1 to 5A were perf. 11.75, stamps from printing orders 5B to 7 were perf. 12 x 11.75 and those from printing orders 8 to 12 were perf. 12.
