Guide line in the West margin is about the same distance from the outer frame line as in Position No. 61 but is opposite the centre of the West oval ornament.

4a There are four guide dots, one outside the LH frame, outside the TL corner and the LL corner. There is no dot in the LH oval. There are three guide dots outside the LH frame. There is a faint dot in the white oval below the last "E" of "SEVENTEEN.
Morel's notes
Position dot on left margin (indicative of column 1), faint break in centre left frame line, mark under "C" of CANADA in white oval, small dot under last "E" of Seventeen and weak transfer bottom right near 17.
Stamps from printing orders 1 to 5A were perf. 11.75, stamps from printing orders 5B to 7 were perf. 12 x 11.75 and those from printing orders 8 to 12 were perf. 12.
