The ear dot is just inside the double inner lines of the outer rim of the ear. (pg. 189). The LH oval guide dot is superimposed on the horizontal guide line with a strong guide dot outside the LL corner.
Morel's notes
Position dot in ear, lower guide dot below left 7, and a lower guideline is visible below the bottom frame. The guide dot in left oval at 3 o'clock.
Stamps from printing orders 1 to 5A were perf. 11.75, stamps from printing orders 5B to 7 were perf. 12 x 11.75 and those from printing orders 8 to 12 were perf. 12.
