Guide line in the South margin near the South West corner; in clear copies there is a faint colour line near the top of the upright stroke of the 2nd "E" of "Seventeen; main position dot is oval North East and South West clearly South centre nearly full towards East.

The short transfer in the TR spandrel is stronger and there is a strong guide dot LL below the corner.
Morel's notes
A short transfer in the UR and large dot in bottom margin below the "1" of "17". Oval dots present in both ovals.
Stamps from printing orders 1 to 5A were perf. 11.75, stamps from printing orders 5B to 7 were perf. 12 x 11.75 and those from printing orders 8 to 12 were perf. 12.
